1. Thermal Trip
The circuit breaker contains a bimetallic strip composed of two metals with different coefficients of thermal expansion. When the circuit current exceeds the rated value but has not yet reached the short-circuit level, the heat generated by the current causes the bimetallic strip to bend to one side.
After bending to a preset angle, it triggers a mechanical linkage, causing the circuit breaker to trip. Leveraging 14 years of accumulated calibration experience, our bimetallic strip is made of high-purity material, resulting in a sensitive and consistent response to current fluctuations.
2. Magnetic Trip
The circuit breaker contains an electromagnetic coil. When a short circuit occurs, the current instantly surges to several times or even tens of times the normal value. This enormous current generates a powerful magnetic field in the coil, instantly attracting the electromagnet armature like a piston.
The armature directly impacts the tripping mechanism, achieving millisecond-level instantaneous power cut-off.

3. Arc Extinguishing System
