Mora ELECTRIC TM10s series MCB is miniature circuit breaker without residual current protection, available in 1P,2P,3P,4P versions, rated current C63. Rated voltage 230/400V AC 50Hz, breaking capacity 6000A. It adopts C-curve trip characteristic.

It complies with IEC/EN 60898-1 and GB/T10963.1 standards with CE mark. It provides overload and short-circuit protection for electrical circuits. It can be mounted on standard 35mm DIN rail.

1P for single-phase branch circuit; 2P for single-phase main circuit; 3P for three-phase loads; 4P for three-phase four-wire main switch. Widely used in residential, commercial and industrial distribution boxes.

When purchasing miniature circuit breakers, electrical distributors and panel manufacturers repeatedly face avoidable on-site failures:

1. Mismatch of trip curves leads to on-site faults: Many general suppliers transport default C-curve devices without clear selection guidance. The installation personnel installed the C-curve on sensitive lighting circuits or the B-curve on motor loads, resulting in disruptive tripping or insufficient short-circuit protection, leading to on-site rework and warranty claims.

2. Poor quality bimetallic strips and magnetic coils can result in different trip thresholds for different production batches, which cannot be detected through simple visual inspection.

3. Import compliance risk: Missing or incomplete IEC test reports may pose a risk of customs detention for container level goods.

Many factories only accept huge minimum order quantities for their own label marking; We do not support mixed rated mixed pole packaging with distributor inventory.

4. Ordinary inner bag packaging can cause scratches on the outer shell and damage to the lever during long-distance shipping container vibration.

MCB Miniature Circuit Breaker is a modular rail mounted electromechanical protection component used in AC low-voltage distribution systems. It provides dual protection: thermal bimetallic overload protection and electromagnetic coil short circuit protection. Unlike disposable fuses, it can be manually reset after troubleshooting without the need to replace components. The shell is made of high-quality flame-retardant thermoplastic material, suitable for dense installation inside distribution boxes and control cabinets.

⚠️ Tip: MCB circuit breakers do not have leakage and electric shock protection. If leakage protection is required, additional leakage accessories should be added, or RCBO integrated leakage circuit breakers should be used.

Installation and Maintenance Guide

1. Install onto a standard 35mm DIN rail; Ensure that the clamp is securely locked to avoid loose installation vibration issues.

2. When wiring, follow the local national electrical installation regulations; Tighten the terminal screws according to the rated torque value. Excessive tightening may damage the casing, while insufficient tightening may pose a risk of terminal overheating.

3. After fault tripping: Before manually resetting the operating lever, identify and eliminate the root cause of the circuit fault. Do not repeatedly force reset without troubleshooting.

4. Regular visual inspection: Check the position and status of the lever, ensure that there are no cracks/burn marks on the housing, and that the terminals are not overheated or discolored.

5. The mechanical electrical service life of MCB Miniature Circuit Breaker is limited. If abnormal tripping is found with carbon marks on the shell, unreliable reset, or no obvious load fault, please replace the device.
