3 Phase Four-Display Voltage Protector

Pugao(PLANNTER Electric) is the famous China manufacturers and suppliers, OEM/ODM high quality 3 Phase Four-Display Voltage Protector can be bought with the low price or cheap price. Over-under-voltage protector as a home power distribution box must be equipped with a component, when the home of the electrical line voltage increases or decreases, can cut off the power supply in a timely manner, to avoid household appliances or lines suffer damage.

This 3 Phase Four-Display Voltage Protector features over-voltage, under-voltage, over-current. The use of a special metering chip ensures that the measurement error of electrical parameters such as power and energy consumption is within ±1%. It is equipped with a dual-screen LCD display for real-time monitoring, current, and voltage values. And it can also customize the overvoltage/undervoltage threshold, overcurrent value and action delay time to meet the application requirements of different scenarios.

Advantages

1. Protect electrical equipment and prolong the service life of electrical appliances: modern household appliances such as refrigerators, air conditioners, televisions, computers and so on. Overvoltage, which may burn the circuit board, motor or other core components of the appliance, or even cause a fire. Overvoltage: may burn the circuit board, motor or other core components of the appliance. For example, computer power modules or air-conditioner compressors are prone to overheating under over-voltage, and even cause fires. Undervoltage: It may cause the appliance to fail to start normally or run erratically. By installing an 3 Phase Four-Display Voltage Protector, you can quickly cut off the power supply in the event of an abnormal voltage, preventing damage to large appliances, servers, and so on.

2. Enhance electricity safety and prevent safety accidents: Abnormal voltage not only damages electrical appliances, but also may cause safety accidents. For example, excessive voltage can cause wire insulation to deteriorate, increasing the risk of short circuit or fire. Under-voltage leads to overheating of the motor, causing line overload or electrical fire.

3. Cost-effective, low cost: 3 Phase Four-Display Voltage Protector is affordable, easy to install, low maintenance costs. If you do not install this device will exist due to abnormal voltage caused by electrical repair or replacement costs. In addition, this protector has an automatic recovery function, which reduces the user's manual operation and is safer and more convenient.

Ensure the longevity of your industrial and commercial electrical systems with the 3 Phase Four-Display Voltage Protector. Designed for robust three-phase networks, this device combines precise metering with rapid protection. By utilizing a special metering chip, it guarantees high accuracy in monitoring power and energy, making it a critical component for preventing damage to expensive machinery and infrastructure.

Key Functions & Features

What does a 3-Phase Four-Display Voltage Protector do?

Essentially, it acts as a "guardian" for your electrical distribution box. It continuously monitors the power supply and automatically cuts off the electricity if unsafe conditions are detected. This prevents costly repairs and enhances safety by mitigating risks associated with voltage instability.

What does "Four-Display" mean?

The device is equipped with a dual-screen LCD interface that provides real-time visibility of critical electrical parameters. The "Four-Display" typically refers to the simultaneous monitoring of:

  • Voltage (V): Real-time line voltage monitoring.
  • Current (A): Monitoring the flow of current to prevent overloads.
  • Power/Energy: Tracking consumption with high precision (±1% error margin).
  • Status Indicators: Visual confirmation of protection states (On/Off/Fault).

What are the main protection parameters?

The 3 Phase Four-Display Voltage Protector offers comprehensive protection against the three most common electrical hazards:

  • Over-Voltage Protection: Prevents burning of circuit boards, motors, and core components (e.g., in AC compressors or servers) caused by voltage spikes.
  • Under-Voltage Protection: Prevents motors from overheating and burning out due to low voltage, which can cause erratic running or failure to start.
  • Over-Current Protection: Guards against line overloads that can lead to insulation deterioration and electrical fires.

Installation & Operation

How is it installed?

This protector is designed as a standard component for home and industrial power distribution boxes. It is compact, easy to install, and requires minimal maintenance. Once installed, it operates automatically, reducing the need for manual intervention.

What does 4P mean?

"4P" stands for 4-Pole. In a three-phase system, this indicates that the switch connects and protects all three phases (L1, L2, L3) plus the Neutral line (N). This ensures total isolation and protection of the entire three-phase circuit.

Is it adjustable?

Yes, flexibility is a key feature of the 3 Phase Four-Display Voltage Protector. Users can customize the settings to match specific application requirements, including:

  • Threshold Adjustment: Set specific overvoltage and undervoltage limits.
  • Overcurrent Value: Define the current limit for tripping.
  • Action Delay Time: Configure the delay before the device trips or resets to avoid nuisance tripping from temporary fluctuations.

Why Install This Protector?

  • Prolong Appliance Life: Safeguards refrigerators, computers, and industrial motors from voltage stress.
  • Fire Prevention: Reduces the risk of electrical fires caused by wire insulation failure due to over-voltage or over-current.
  • Cost-Effective: The low cost of the 3 Phase Four-Display Voltage Protector is negligible compared to the high cost of repairing or replacing damaged electrical equipment.

Display and Buttons

1 - SET Button:This button is used to save after setting/changing Over-current values & high/low voltage setting values and error

wait time.

2 - UP Button: Increase the required value.

3 - Down Button: Reduce the required value.

4 - Manual On/Off Button

is used to control the on/off of the output of the device. When the output is turned off, the screen will display the word "OFF" and the device will not automatically resume in this state. If the device is not faulty, press this button again to restart the device and resume normal use.

5 - CURRENT DISPLAY

MAIN DISPLAY AREA: During normal operation, the input voltage is displayed here in real time. The screen remains illuminated when the device is in a non-faulty state; in the event of a fault with an abnormal voltage (too high or too low), the display will blink in alarm. During parameter setting, the display will synchronously show the set values of relevant programming items (including overcurrent protection value, high and low voltage thresholds, fault delay and reset delay and other parameters).

6 - Voltage display

Dual display group: during normal operation of the device, the current current value is displayed here and the screen is always lit in non-fault conditions; in case of faults (e.g. overcurrent), the display flashes as an alarm. During parameterization, the values of the corresponding programmed items are displayed here.

7 - Indicator Description

A>: This indicator lights up when an overcurrent fault occurs.

V>: This indicator lights up when an overvoltage fault occurs.

V<: This indicator lights up when a low voltage fault occurs.

Out: This indicator lights up when the device starts output.

Wiring diagram

The neutral and phase wires from the grid must be connected to the "N" and "L" terminals on the "Input" side of the device.

The neutral and phase wires of devices requiring overvoltage and undervoltage protection should be drawn from the "N" and "L" terminals on the "output" side of the device.
